Security Council members with pivotal Iraq votes receive billions in aid from U.S.. Hmmmmm!! ... they say this is a just war! ... and I guess, anything goes, eh?! ... including buying votes!

But I wonder... if President Bush says he's ready to go to war with Iraq with or without the UN backing... then why go through the charade of trying to win the vote in the UN... and that too by spending so much in buying the votes?!
